Originally from Orlando, John has lived in the valley since 2002. Before falling in love with real estate, he was a software developer and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Auburn University. John is married and has one child and a yellow lab.

• Directly markets property to buyers and to other Realtors
  
• Negotiates contracts on behalf of sellers

Santalee Jernigan – Office Manager

San is originally from Augusta, Georgia, and brings with her years of experience in real estate office management and also has a strong customer service background. She enjoys baking and playing golf. San is married and has two grown children.

• Manages listings from start to finish
• Coordinates pending sales from contract to closing

Jessica Peacock - Listings Coordinator

Jessica is originally from Columbus, Ohio and has a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family studies from Freed-Hardeman University. Her years of real estate administration make her a great asset to the team. Jessica is married and enjoys card making and scrapbooking.

• Implements marketing programs for listed properties
• Provides concierge level service to clients, assisting them however needed

Laura Duncan - Buyer Specialist

Laura is originally from Huntsville, and has a strong background in customer service. Real estate is a true passion of hers, and she is excited to be a part of your home buying process. Laura loves horseback riding, hiking, water sports, and has a
