Originally from Orlando, John has lived in the valley since 2002. Before falling in love with real estate, he was a software developer and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Auburn University. John is married and has one daughter and a yellow lab.

In 2009, John was selected by Realtor Magazine as one of their “30 Under 30”. The National Association of Realtors handpicks 30 agents for this award each year out of the 65,000 Realtors nationwide under the age of 30.

• Develops marketing plans for listed properties
• Directly markets property to buyers and to other Realtors
  
• Negotiates contracts on behalf of sellers

Jessica Peacock - Listings and Closings Manager

Jessica is originally from Columbus, Ohio and has a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family studies from Freed-Hardeman University. Her years of real estate administration make her a great asset to the team. Jessica is married and enjoys card making and scrapbooking.

• Implements marketing programs for listed properties
• Provides concierge level service to clients, assisting them however needed

Laura Duncan - Buyer Specialist

Laura is originally from Huntsville, and has a strong background in customer service. Real estate is a true passion of hers, and she is excited to be a part of your home buying process. Laura loves horseback riding, hiking, water sports, and has a
shi-tzu at home.
