    The Most Seller-Friendly Listing Program in Existence

    Sell Your Property Yourself, While It's Listed, and Pay No Commission.

    If you find your own buyer through your own marketing, you can cancel the listing and pay us nothing. Or, if you want our help, we will help you negotiate the contract and manage the transaction for just 1% of the sales price.

    Cancel Anytime with Zero Fees

    Some agents have finally started offering cancel-anytime policies, but unfortunately many are charging cancellation fees, some as high as $1,000. With us, you can cancel your listing at any time, for any reason, with no fees whatsoever.

    No Advance Fees

    Many agents charge advance fees so they can make money whether your home sells or not. They can fail at the job you hired them for and still come out ahead. This just doesn't make any sense to me, and it doesn't make sense to any seller I've ever talked to. Stay away from agents that charge you advance fees.

    7 Steps to Selling Your Home

    Step 1 - Read through our Home Sellers Guide

    The first step in our process is to read through our Home Sellers Guide. Not only will it answer many of the questions you may have about selling your home with us, it will arm you with the knowledge needed to sell your home for the most money and in the least time, regardless of market conditions.

    Step 2 - Free Consultation

    Once you’ve read through the Home Sellers Guide, call us to book your free consultation. You'll get an insiders' look at sales activity in your area, learn how much you can sell for, and how to stage your home.

    Step 3 - Marketing Launch

    The marketing plan for your home will be launched three business days after your professional photo shoot. During this time, we’ll be busy creating the marketing materials and strategy that will be most effective for your specific home.

    Step 4 - Weekly Market Updates

    Each week we evaluate whether or not your home is on-track towards selling, and then update you on our findings. We'll also keep you in the loop about each week’s showing activity and feedback from those showings.

    Step 5 - Offer Negotiations

    With over 900 sales under our belt, our negotiating experience and strategy will give you the upper-hand from the moment an offer is received. We'll negotiate relentlessly on your behalf and ensure you get the best possible price and terms.

    Step 6 - Home Inspection Process

    Once we have a signed sales contract, a home inspection will usually be performed. If the buyers choose to submit any repair requests, our negotiating experience will again come to your aid.

    Step 7 - Closing

    At closing, you’ll receive your money and will hand the keys over to the buyer. And then, you’ll celebrate!
